He is a kind of explorer. As far as I have observed over the past 30 years, he always have frontier spirit and always stand where the most peaple don't go.
He seldom judge others. Instead, He is considerate of others.
So, I respect him as a 30 years friend.
On the other hand, he tends to be stubborn. I think engineer needs this kind of character. I heard Mr. YB adviced Cho "Don't try to do everything by yourself for being a leader." I fully understand what he meant as well.  Maybe, it will be next challenge of him.
